You are invited to the 115th Annual State Association of County Auditors Spring Conference at VEA Newport Beach, from April 28th to May 1st, 2025.
To register for the conference and make hotel reservations, please follow the steps below:
- Fill out the online registration form: 2025 Spring SACA Conference Registration . Once submitted, you should receive an email confirming you are registered.
- Conference registration fee is $575 if received by March 25th.
- Late registration fee is $675 for payments received between March 26th and April 8th.
- An added fee of $500 will be charged for attendees who choose to stay at a different hotel. (Member counties are exempt.)
- You can pay for your registration and guest meal fees online or by check:
- Pay online using a credit card on the SACA website: CSACA Credit Card Payments. Please reference this event (2025 Spring SACA Conference) and your name on the information line.
- Make checks payable to California SACA Foundation and reference your name on the information line. Mail to:

- Hotel rooms at VEA Newport Beach are offered at a group rate of $349+ taxes per night until April 8th. Book reservations online or by phone:

- NOTE: If members of your staff plan to attend the conference, please forward the registration email to them as ALL attendees need to register and must complete the steps listed above.
